Do I need a Shopify store to use DTF Mates?
Yes — for the beta period we're only integrating with Shopify stores. WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and standalone platforms are on the roadmap but not yet supported.
How much will it cost after the beta?
Beta partners lock in founding partner pricing for life. Specific numbers will be shared on the intro call — we're keeping pricing flexible until we've finalised it based on partner feedback.
What about my existing customers and pricing tiers?
We migrate your current pricing tiers, sheet sizes, and any saved customer designs from your existing builder into DTF Mates. The transition is invisible to your customers.
Who owns the customer data?
You do. Every customer who orders through your branded studio is your customer. We never market to them, never share their data, never compete with you.
Can my dev team integrate it differently?
Yes — we have a developer-friendly install path with full theme code access. Reach out via the form, mention you're a developer, and we'll loop in our technical team.
What if it doesn't work out?
